jBPM Consulting Project for a Major International Telecommunications and Media Company
Requirements included a high-level architecture review, support for migrating host business-critical processes to a new platform, and assistance in leveraging jBPM for decision automation.
The deliverables comprised guidance on technical project aspects, the research and implementation of solutions, and the design and delivery of bespoke training sessions to empower engineers to independently develop future, complex jBPM solutions.
The outcome was a long-term, complex consultancy project during which NobleProg was embedded within the client team. The migration of business-critical processes to the new platform was successfully completed, followed by ongoing support to prepare the business team for independent operation. The provided training was exceptionally well-received, enabling numerous staff members to transition into new roles supporting systems on the new platform.
