The trainer was enthusiastic about the subject matter and was keen to get us to understand the material and helpfully took questions during the one day course. He was keen to show visual pictures, which he built up himself to illustrate points and to bring what is a dry subject more to life. When we demonstrated some queries in specific areas, he helpfully provided additional material and explored those areas in more depth (e.g. internet security), While we rushed some of the material, I think the trainer Richard achieved a good balance of time management to address questions arising. Trainer provided additional technical material with PDF material which was sent after the course promptly, for further reading and reference.
