Scrum - Step by Step Training Course

The training will help the team use these tools more effectively for managing User Requirements, Testing, Communication, all centralized in one place.

The course covers topics such as JIRA projects, Confluence spaces, workflows, boards (Kanban and Scrum), planning and dependencies, Jira/Confluence integration, reporting, important fields and custom fields, issue types, screens, and filtering.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Create a Scrum or Kanban project
• Configure Jira to manage the project effectively

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

The Professional Scrum Master IITM (PSM II) course is a 2-day Advanced Scrum Master course designed to support experienced Scrum Masters in their professional journeys.  This course is a combination of instruction and facilitated exercises looking at the challenges that Scrum Masters face and how the principles and values of Scrum help them to deal with those situations. 

The training enables you to gain knowledge, techniques, tools, and practices in project management based on the Scrum framework from the perspective of a Scrum Master—the leader responsible for understanding and applying Scrum principles to enhance efficiency.

This training is tailored for individuals interested in implementing Agile methodologies within their organization, as well as those who are involved in projects or project managers looking to adopt or plan for Agile approaches in their projects.

The training includes a theoretical component, workshops, and practical examples. Participants are prepared for certification as a Scrum Master through a practice exam and have the opportunity to take the certification exam.
