Course Characteristics and Objectives
The goal of this training is to understand agile product development based on the Scrum framework. During the course, you will learn about Scrum's roles, events, and artifacts, as well as its other key components. To reinforce the information and gain a better understanding of the agile approach, we have prepared exercises and simulations that will provide you with practical knowledge on how to organize work in Scrum, how meetings should be conducted, how to create and manage requirements, schedules, and how to track progress. You will also learn about User Stories, the purpose of Planning Poker, the utility of the burn-down chart, and how the Definition of Done is established. The training is based on the latest official Scrum Guide, published in November 2017.
For interested individuals, there is an option to purchase vouchers that will allow you to take the Professional Scrum Master I examination.

Participants who take the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and score below 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost.
