Course Outline
Gain knowledge and practical experience in the following QA and testing topics (among others):
- IT delivery models (including DevOps, Scrum, and SAFe®)
- The VOICE model for achieving business value through IT delivery
- CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling
- QA and testing subjects, such as:
- Quality and test policy
- Monitoring and control
- Anomaly management
- Reporting and alerting
- Estimating and planning
- Metrics and continuous improvement
- Infrastructure
- Organizing quality engineering across multiple teams
- End-to-end testing within or across teams
- Quality characteristics and test varieties
- Personal, interpersonal, and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
The training allows participants to gain hands-on experience through concise introductions followed by relevant exercises, with ample time for sharing experiences among all participants. During the course, participants will also practice exam questions.
This course includes the cost of the TMAP® Organizing built-in quality at scale exam voucher. The exam is taken in collaboration with iSQI. With this voucher, you can schedule the exam on a date and at a location of your choice.
Requirements
Participants should have basic knowledge of information technology, experience working in teams, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. While no specific certifications are mandatory, we strongly recommend first obtaining the "TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams" certificate.
