Course Outline
This program empowers your team to further refine their influencing capabilities. It is specifically designed for team members who have already established foundational communication and influencing skills, either through prior development initiatives or formal training.
Requirements
• Participants complete a 48-question online 360-degree feedback survey. This includes their self-assessment and input from up to seven colleagues to gain insight into their current influence behaviors. Please note that responses are not anonymous. • The resulting report is integrated with the Influencing Behaviour Model utilized throughout the program and is reviewed during the course sessions.
