The Design Thinking (DT) process comprises five distinct stages: empathize, define the problem, ideate, prototype, and test.

In today's increasingly complex world, we frequently encounter issues that demand specialized approaches. Design Thinking serves as a vital framework for navigating these complexities. Mastering this methodology enables individuals to handle difficult problems effectively, communicate more clearly, persuade more efficiently, drive better business outcomes, and elevate both organizational and personal performance.

• Understanding how DT functions: learning from people and the problem at hand, identifying patterns, designing a model (including managing model drift), testing the model, evaluating it, and re-engineering as needed.
