SAFe® for Teams Training Course
This two-day course equips teams that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) with the skills to operate effectively in an Agile environment, using methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will learn how to transform into Agile Teams, develop their backlogs, and plan and execute iterations. The training covers understanding the ART, their role within it, and the processes for planning, executing, and continuous improvement alongside other teams.
The course prepares teams to manage a Program Increment (PI), including all necessary meetings at both the Team and Program levels, with a particular focus on upcoming PI planning. By attending this class, participants will be ready to take the exam and earn the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification.

Requirements
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam:
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles
- Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and XP
- Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
