SAFe® for Teams Training Course
This intensive two-day program empowers teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in Agile settings by leveraging frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain the skills to operate effectively as Agile teams, manage their backlogs, and successfully plan and deliver iterations. A key focus is placed on understanding the team's position within the ART, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement alongside peer teams.
The training equips teams to actively participate in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with special emphasis on PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to take the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Apply SAFe principles to scale Lean and Agile practices throughout the organization.
Understand their team’s role within the Agile Release Train and its contribution to broader objectives.
Identify other teams within the train, including their roles and interdependencies.
Plan and execute iterations effectively.

Requirements
The course is open to all participants regardless of experience level. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those planning to sit for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam:

- Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
