Requirements

This is a practitioner-level course. Candidates are expected to satisfy one of the following agile knowledge prerequisites: iSQI® Certified Agile Essentials (CAE), iSQI® Certified Scrum Master Pro, ISTQB® Foundation Level Agile Tester, or possess two years of professional experience working in Agile environments. Due to the practical, experiential nature of this course, it assumes a certain level of foundational knowledge. If this knowledge base is insufficient, candidates may find it challenging to complete the course and assessments within the allotted time. Candidates should already be capable of applying basic practices and techniques, such as:

  • Knowledge of Test Design techniques: Equivalence Partitioning (EP), Boundary Value Analysis (BVA), State Transition, Decision Tables, and Exploratory Testing
  • Basic testing terminology
  • Understanding the distinction between functional and non-functional testing, including fundamental concepts of Performance and Usability testing
  • Performing all activities associated with the fundamental test process
